Infrared drying for foldingbox gluing
Folding boxes within 6 hours ready to make up, after 24 hours in the freezer
IR dryers, supplied with short wave IR lamps, are very efficient to improve gluing processes.
By infrared heating, the gluing for the windows on carton with PE coating, happens much faster and the consistency is much beter. The foldingboxes are within 6 hours ready to make up by the folder and after 24 hours they can be placed in the freezer. Without the use of infrared heating there is a delay time of 3 days before the foldingboxes can be finished. So by using IR for this application the production time will beome much faster, at relative low investments.
Infrared drying for Bindery machines
For gluing on bindery machines and other processes where drying is of great importance, Jac. de Vries Infraroodtechniek supplies drying systems which are completely designed for your process and machines. By using these systems you can realize an enormous increase of your production. This is possible for instance for a faster and better gluing and drying at book bindery for notebooks, calendars, catalogues etc.
