Web Offset dryer type 40+40/2 double sandwich

Infrared drypanel type 40+40/2 double sandwich consists of two double IR dryers which are placed oppsite to each other. The web run in the free distance of 40mm between the two double IR dryers. In this way the ink on both sides of the web is dryed. 

Standard we place the IR lamps lengthwise to the paper direction and is it possible to change the drying width according to the papersize (also halfweb size). In this way we make the IR dryer always the same size as the maximum papersize that you can run through your press.

Dimensions

The distance measured from the web to the outside of the IR panel on both sides is:                   lxh = 875x100mm (34,5"x3,94"), width depends on the papersize.

500W/cm paperwidth
Suitable for a printing speed up to 180mtr/min

For higher printing speeds we can deliver a tripple sandwich dryer or a combination of the mentioned standard types, depending on the available mounting space.
