The basic materials of composite are a combination of a synthetic resin and a fiber. The fiber, for example from glass, aramid or carbon, provides the strength and rigidity of the material. The resin ensures the distribution of loads and the sensitivity of the composite to external factors such as moisture, chemicals and ultraviolet light. The resin is easy to use and can be processed with molds in any desired shape.<\/p>\n<div class=\"tlid-input input\">\n<div class=\"tlid-language-bar ls-wrap\"><span title=\"\">The combinations of (synthetic) resins and synthetic fibers are called fiber-reinforced plastics.<\/span>\u00a0<span title=\"\">These materials have major advantages over the usual materials.<\/span>\u00a0<span title=\"\">The most important are the strength and stiffness relative to a lower weight and the corrosion resistance.<\/span>\u00a0<span title=\"\">It is also resistant to moisture, water and chemicals and has a long service life.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"\" title=\"\">As a result, the area of application is countless, such as structural applications, pipes and counter tops.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Heat is required for the production and processing of these composites. The heat is excellent with infrared lamps. Heating the composite can therefore be used for various purposes.<\/p>\n<h3>Applications:<\/h3>\n<div class=\"tlid-input input\">\n<div class=\"source-wrap\">\n<div class=\"input-full-height-wrapper tlid-input-full-height-wrapper\">\n<div class=\"source-input\">\n<div class=\"source-footer-wrap source-or-target-footer\">\n<div class=\"character-count tlid-character-count\">\n<div class=\"cc-ctr normal\">\u2022 Gluing together the different layers that make up the material<\/div>\n<div class=\"cc-ctr normal\">\u2022 Drying the coating before finishing, for example, for making sheet material but also in the production of composite pipes.<\/div>\n<div class=\"cc-ctr normal\">\u2022 Heating for deforming the material.<\/div>\n<div class=\"cc-ctr normal\">\u2022 Heating the material to make it more flexible for after processing<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>We have developed a special infrared tunnel for the tubes through which the tube can be fed. The infrared lamps are placed around inside the tunnel. As a result, the pipe is irradiated everywhere and evenly heated when it is passing through the tunnel.
